It looks better but the script you are using is not good, people who recognize it know it is a cheap and very bad script.
You REALLY need to check the laws relating to moving money around - there are VERY good reasons none of the payment processors do not already do what you are proposing to do.

About your payment processor...
Saying you process payments from a site "Stormpay" that closed over 5 years ago sends up MAJOR warning that your payment processor is NOT very professional.
Apart from that the whole appearance of the site is cheap and unprofessional, it does not inspire trust.
And on top of that, I should warn you that the reason the major payment processors do not allow moving money around different payment processors is down to preventing the likelihood of handling fraudulent money. When the other payment processor find out you are doing this they WILL freeze your accounts and refuse you access to your money until the authorities have investigated.
