Sorry for the late reply.
You left a question on my TWE-Safelist site basically asking what a safelist was.
A safelist is a group of members who agree to except emails and promotions from other members. Because of the double optin to join, your emails can not be classified as spam.
Each email has a link to another members promotion and when clicked are credited different amounts points.
You are then able to use those credits to send to your promotions other members.
Basically similar to Traffic Exchanges but I have always had a MUCH better result from safelists than TE's... MUCH better.
Safelists are 90% of my advertising !!
You set up another gmail account specifically for these emails so that they do not clog up your main email account.
Then when you are wanting to do some adverting.. you click

The $5 position can make you money with no out of pocket expense to you. You get paid from who ever lands under you... No matter who puts them there.
